National Event for Stakeholders - Italy – 9 Feb. 2017
A one-day open event at National level was organized for promoting METROFOOD-RI and spreading the information with potential Stakeholders, as well as for establishing an open discussion about main interests and requirements and catching information/suggestions in order to better address the services to their actual needs and expectations. Special emphasis was given also to the necessity and strategic issue to coordinate the initiatives, promoting integration and avoiding overlaps. The event – organized by ENEA, the Italian National Agency for new Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development – took place in Florence (Italy) at the Accademia dei Georgofili on February 9th, 2017and gathered more than 60 participants from more 21 Institutes/Organizations from different Stakeholders categories (ministries, research institutes, academics, National Metrology Institutes, food producers, producer associations, consumer associations).
